It is the best example of a noble house. It dates from the first half of the 18th century. Building with a rectangular floor plan and has a baroque style bell tower. On the facades of that tower you can see three stone balconies with iron balustrades, a sundial, three pinnacles and two gargoyles that pour water from the roof.
There is a legend that says that a resident of Padriñán went to Pontevedra for salt and ended up enlisting with Hernán Cortes to conquer Mexico, being the chief sheriff of the Inquisition there. Upon his return he built this manor that took the name of Viceroy.
