Without a doubt the largest beach in Sanxenxo, shared with O Grove and has very fine sand and crystal clear water with strong waves, which makes it ideal for practicing water sports. It also has a very important fauna and flora since the Umia-OGrove intertidal complex is formed, giving rise to a wetland of great ornithological importance and a beach where different migratory birds nest.
